Export Contacts from your Manage Screen
You can Export all Contacts by clicking on Export at the top right of the Manage Contacts page.
You can Export specific Contacts by check-marking some, then clicking on Export at the top right of the Manage Contacts page.
Your Contacts Export will be found in your downloads folder for your internet browser
