Check if your Contacts received your Automated Message from Engagement
Check under Engagement and click on a Contact's name. Any Message with a birthday cake icon came from an Automated Campaign. Click on the Message to see if it was reported as Delivered, Opened, or Clicked on.
You can also go to that Automated Campaign, and click the Stage Export under the Stages list to see all messages sent out from that Automated Campaign, including Deliveries, Opens, and Clicks.
You can Export just one Stage at a time, or Export All Stage Activity together.
