Topics give your Contacts control over their communication preferences
To honor your Contacts' Preferences, you identify which Topics/Preferences each Message is connected to. You must choose at least one.
Contacts can choose to opt into or out of any non-Mandatory Topics and decide whether they want to receive updates via email or text through their Preferences page.
