If you don't see the Group you're looking for in the Audience Page, you may need to select the Group Type
In the Create and Send Audience page, there are Custom and Membership Groups
Custom Groups aren't connected to your AMS and are updated manually
Membership Groups are mapped to your AMS-Synced Contacts and are updated automatically
Click on the Group Type you want on the left of the page, then select your Groups
