NoteRouter pulls your Contacts and data from your Association Management System (AMS) OR from manually uploading Contacts.
NoteRouter pulls updates on your Contacts' data at least once an hour straight from your AMS via the AMS Sync. You can see what Statuses and Memberships/Associations are pulled by clicking on Organization from the Menu Bar and then on AMS Sync at the top of the page.
Manually Uploaded Contacts are added by Users either on an individual basis or by uploading with a .csv file. Manually uploaded Contacts will need to be manually uploaded by Users.
